30-DAY LIMITED WARRANTY

Ghost Deer Feeder LLC warrants the Ghost Deer Feeder against defects in materials and workmanship under normal, intended use for a period of 30 days from the original date of purchase.

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and requires valid proof of purchase.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY COVERS

If Ghost Deer Feeder LLC determines that the product has a defect in materials or workmanship covered by this warranty, Ghost Deer Feeder LLC may, at its option:

• Repair the defective product;

• Replace the defective product or component; or

• Refund the original purchase price of the defective product.

The specific remedy will be determined by Ghost Deer Feeder LLC, subject to applicable law.

WHAT THIS WARRANTY DOES NOT COVER

This limited warranty does not cover damage, defects, or failure resulting from:

• Animal damage;

• Misuse, abuse, or negligence;

• Accidental damage;

• Improper installation or assembly;

• Failure to follow the instructions provided with the product;

• Failure to perform recommended maintenance;

• Modification or alteration of the product;

• Unauthorized repairs;

• Improper storage;

• Normal wear and tear;

• Corrosion or environmental damage;

• Weather, moisture, flooding, fire, or other environmental conditions;

• Improper voltage or electrical connections;

• Improper battery installation;

• Feed or foreign material obstructing the feeder;

• Use of the product for a purpose other than its intended use; or

• Any other circumstance outside the reasonable control of Ghost Deer Feeder LLC.

Animal damage is specifically excluded from this limited warranty.

This warranty does not cover third-party products, including batteries and timers, except to the extent required by applicable law.

• Proof of purchase;

Ghost Deer Feeder LLC may require the product to be returned for inspection before determining whether a warranty remedy applies.

Do not ship a product back without first receiving return instructions from Ghost Deer Feeder LLC.

If a return is authorized, the customer may be responsible for transportation or shipping costs except where otherwise required by applicable law or where Ghost Deer Feeder LLC determines otherwise.

If inspection confirms a defect covered by this limited warranty, Ghost Deer Feeder LLC will provide the applicable warranty remedy and handle any return-shipping obligations required by applicable law.

WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable.

This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may have additional rights under applicable state or federal law. Nothing in this warranty is intended to limit rights that cannot legally be limited or excluded.

Ghost Deer Feeder LLC reserves the right to determine whether a claimed defect is covered by this limited warranty based on its inspection and evaluation of the product, subject to applicable law.
